Susan D'Acosta (Susan de Acosta) is a Filipina. She was 3rd runner-up/ Miss Mindanao in Miss Republic of the Philippines in the year 1976. Anna Bayle was in the same pageant and finished 1st runner-up/Miss Luzon. Another Filipina, Bessie Badilla, was also a contestant in the same pageant the following year. She placed second/ Miss Visayas. She also became a house model for Balenciaga and Givenchy in Paris for a few years, eventually becoming an actress in the Philippines. -- info by @liliqouis_moon
