Clarka Loschner (born in Florida in April 1973 as Clare Loschner) is a former US American model with Czech ancestry from Coconut Creek, Florida. Clarka used to be the Czech nickname of Clare‘s parents for her. Clarka has been discovered by Elite during the 1990 Look of the Year in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil where she won the 2nd place.
