Watermelon Wave

Ingredients:

- 4 oz Tequila

- 3 oz GranGala Triple Orange Liqueur

- 3 oz Stock Maraschino Liqueur

- 20 oz Fresh Watermelon Juice

- 2 oz Pomegranate Juice

- 2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Garnish: Watermelon wedge

To make fresh watermelon juice, place fresh watermelon without seeds in a juicer or a blender and mix well until smooth.

Mix all the ingredients together in a pitcher and stir. Strain the mixture into goblets over ice. Garnish with cubes of watermelon on cocktail picks or a wedge perches on the glass.

Mint Mojito

3 fresh mint sprigs

2 tsp sugar

3 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 1/2 oz light rum

club soda

In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix. Top off with *chilled* club soda (or seltzer). Add a lime slice and the remaining mint, and serve.

Type: Cocktail

Primary alcohol by volume: Cachaça

Served: "On the rocks"; poured over ice

Standard garnish: lime

Standard drinkware: Old fashioned glass

IBA specified ingredients†: 5.0 cl (1⅔ fl oz) cachaça

½ Fresh Lime cut into 4 wedges

2 teaspoons Muscovado sugar

Preparation: Place lime and sugar into old fashioned glass and muddle (mash the two ingredients together using a muddler or a wooden spoon). Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the Cachaça.

Notes: A wide variety of fresh fruits can be used in place of lime. In the absence of cachaça, vodka can be used.
