The 'male model' is her former significant other, Simon Opp, a Czech rock singer. I don't think there are any photos of him on her IG (there's a relevant & amusing song from the musical South Pacific - "I'm gonna wash that man right out of my hair"). I had a few photos of them together after the final of Miss Czech Republic 2023, but I was more interested in the 2 photos of Justyna with a handsome young man wearing glasses, that a Czech site said was her brother. His surname isn't anything like Zednik (bricklayer, equivalent to the English surname Mason) though.
