The draw on the tournament website seems to get updated faster than the one on the ATP site.

3rd round draw:

[1] Federer vs Volandri

[12] Berdych vs Acasuso

[3] Roddick vs Chela

Massu vs [6] Gonzalez

[7] Robredo vs Simon

Starace vs [4] Davydenko

[5] Djokovic vs Baghdatis

[15] Youzhny vs [2] Nadal

Nadal against Youzhny could be interesting. Misha has defeated Rafa the last two times they played. However, neither of those was on clay. I'd be surprised if it happened here but you never know.

I think at the time Youzhny beat Nadal his confidence was low. However I do think Youzhny's style of play is bad for Nadal and Nadal has a tough time facing him. We'll see how he does on clay. I'm still rooting on Novak for a big upset. I mean I remember last year at the French he was playing Nadal and Nadal's game was very on, Djokovic's back hurt and he was still in control at times. He beat Nadal the last time they played (yes I know on hard-court and I know that clay isn't very good for Djokovic's game. But if I'm going to hope for an upset before the final, I'm hoping Novak. I root for Nadal a lot but I like to root for the underdog as well and since Rafa is winning like everything on clay...

Volandri def. Federer 6-2 6-4

This Roger's worst run of form since he became world #1 over three years ago.

"I don't know what's wrong. I have to analyze it myself," said Federer. "It was over too soon for me today.

"I need to get back on the practice courts instead of the match courts. On clay you need to be solid, and I wasn't. I don't know if you can say I was playing shockingly, but I was making a lot of mistakes, serving badly - giving him second serves all the time.

"It sometimes happens, but usually I get through. And Volandri played well."

Home favourite Volandri, ranked 53rd in the world, collapsed to the ground in disbelief when Federer hit a final forehand into the net.

"What I've done here will only sink in tomorrow. This is the best court in the world. The crowd were fabulous," he said.

Roddick got annihilated as well. Chela def. Roddick 6-0 6-4

Nadal and Djokovic both won in straights so the quarters are set.

Volandri <_< vs Berdych

Chela vs Gonzalez

Robredo vs Davydenko

Djokovic vs Nadal

I guess you got the match you wanted Nina.

How do you guys think Rafa will do on grass at Wimbledon? A little far away but it comes fast after the French.

He was in the final last year and he improved his serve so I think he will do well.

Well there goes my hope. At least I can rub it in with my dad. He's like in LOVE with Novak.

Okay, now I hope Gonzo takes out Rafa in the final. Although if Rafa wins this tourny he'll be the first to win it three times in a row.

Here's what he said about Djokovic:

"Djokovic is a difficult opponent and he made me work hard for the win," he said.

"He will be one to look out for at the French Open."

Ooh tie break between Rafa and Davydenko. Who would've thought he'd be the one to challenge him this much. 2 tiebreaks.

Edit: Rafa won the 1st set tie break but now it's 8-7 in the second set tie break for Nikolay.

Moving on to the women which I haven't been keeping track of lately (sorry women). Jankovic lost to Henin and she was winning 4-0 too. Henin's a great player but Jankovic could've beat her if she was mentally tougher. Ivanovic is through to the final because her opponent retired. A Jankovic Ianovic final would've been great.

Oh btw Davydenko won the 2nd set so Rafa and Nikolay are 1-1 in sets in the semi-final.

Hey btw, what do you guys think of Wimbledon giving equal prize money? I actually don't think it's fair and I'm a girl. Because I mean the men have to play longer and plus men's tennis is more physically demanding than women's.
