Going through some similar photos, it looks like it was insta-model @ vria.mc - looks like her account was deleted earlier this year but you can still find fake accounts on Instagram, as well as references to her on Twitter/X and Facebook from brands she was promoting. Allegedly this was a 27 year old model from Sicily who had over a million followers before deleting.
