June 16, 2024Jun 16 Thank you for starting the topic for Meg But Meg Tappi has a distinctive chin dimple, model in the Jantzen ads doesn't have it and the model in the avatar for this topic looks completely different (especially in the eyes shape). Btw, it's really odd that in both photos of her only comp card at Model composites her chin is hidden. What a strange decision to crop a model's face on a composite!

I will delete the Jantzen ads and change the avatar. In any case, you have identified a "new" model! As for the compcards, I understand the intentions of the graphic artist who probably wanted to highlight the model's gaze. Marlowe was very good at his job and couldn't have known that it would be useful for us to identify her!

Oops, I didn't think it could've been Peter Marlowe's work (for some reason I was sure it was her agent's decision) Who of course did an outstanding job in general and thanks to him and his website we can now identify all of these models of the past. Of course nobody considered composing these cards for helping identify models 30 years later, but I think at least clients deserved to see models' faces uncovered and not cropped Anyway, these composites are still very helpful and thanks God and Peter Marlowe we have them
