Elsa: I remember one time I was walking the fashion show and I was so nervous and someone just told me, “Elsa, you gotta just forget that there are cameras, forget that there are people — live your life and have fun.” It really shows if you worry too much. It’s such a fun show that you really just have to feel the energy. Sara: To really appreciate it and not take it for granted and live in the moment & really appreciate this amazing opportunity. What’s your go-to workout? Sara: Model Fit. Kate: Pilates. Jasmine: I love a barre class; Physique 57. Jac: I just started boxing — Elsa is a pro. Do you follow a strict diet to keep in shape? Elsa: I’ve never done a diet. I think people are surprised by it but I eat everything and anything I want. I just make sure I try to pick healthy choices. Jac: I feel like it’s easy in NY to pick healthy spots — it’s easy to have vegan food, etc. there’s so much. It’s such a big trend right now that it’s almost hard to live unhealthy here. Sara: I don’t restrict myself to anything. Most of it is genetics, and I’m lucky — so as long as I can I’m gonna eat what I want, but I tend to try to eat a little bit healthy. If i want to eat pizza, I wont stop myself, and if pizza is gonna make you happy, just go for it.
