On tätimäistynyt. Bellazon.com sivulta löytyy upeita kuvia Nitan malliajoilta. On nykyisin tosi tätimäistynyt eikä millään uskoisi samaksi ihmiseksi. Näkee Helsingissä useinkin.-Olivat upeita kaunottaria, Salovaaran suku omisti Mic Macin.”translates into:„-Nita Salovaara lives in Helsinki. She has become an „aunt“. Her daughter also did modeling for a while.-I wouldn't exactly call Nita Salovaara a beauty, but that's what I remember seeing from old pictures. Mic mac was on trend, with its own jeans brand and store.-Yes, Nita was a top beauty when she was young. You can find great pictures from Nita's modeling days on Bellazon.com. She's really aunt-like these days and you wouldn't believe she's the same person. I see her often in Helsinki.-They were beautiful beauties, the Salovaara family owned Mic Mac.” Interesting read about MicMac on Wikipedia. The store was obviously founded by Nita‘s mother >https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mic_Mac_(brand)

At least that's what I read on a Finnish website. It should never be forgotten that, in addition to her beauty, Nita was a great runway model, gifted with great mastery and confidence. Mila Schon Spring 1985 was the beginning of my interest in her. There's a video still available on YouTube. I'm lucky enough to have the VHS tape.

She was the only one in pink (with black asymmetrical stripes). Great and a long time before the robot walk 😊

Do people really still expect her to look the way she did 40 years ago? She wasn't a top model, and she’s not paid to model anymore, but for some reason people think she still has to live up to the high standards of the modeling industry I think these women have already had to deal with enough neglect, criticism and objectification in their careers. They deserve to live an ordinary life without any expectations about their appearance at least after they retire from modeling.19 hours ago, parisienne said:Thank you very much. Once upon a time, there were VHS tapes! A company distributed these videos of various fashion shows. Later, they were used to make the video you see on YouTube. Obviously, they were cut and edited in various ways, someone made copies, too... My sample matches the content of the Fashion Channel video, with the ending with Mila cut, unfortunately.Converting VHS to digital is often an unsatisfactory operation, personally I gave up on it a few years ago.

I believe that's because you've already spent too much time trying to ID her This is the second time I've seen her photos associated with Laura Biagiotti. She was with Laura at her event in 1985 and here she is in the 1988 collection.I hope I will, but currently it seems almost impossible. I just hope more information will pop up from somewhere.

I guess those guys in Helsinki that see her from time to time rather expect someone „hipper“ when coming from a Finnish „fashion dynasty“ and after working in the fashion industry for so long. I guess it is less related to measurements or age generally.
