Adriana Lima: "Brazilian models are the most beautiful in the world" We spoke to the 'top' and 'Angel' Victoria's Secret over his native country.
Adriana Lima made history at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show last year when, after crossing the footbridge lingerie brand for the 16th time, became the 'angel' wings has taken longer. -In Your opinion, what makes Brazilian fashion so special?
I think people and beautiful landscapes that surround influencing fashion and make it special. There is no better muse, because those are the most important and beautiful aspects of Brazil.
Who is your favorite designer or Brazilian designer?
I'm a big fan of Vitorino Campos. His work is dazzling and is the state of Bahia, like me, so I love to represent us so well.
Who stands at the Fashion Week S ão Paulo?
I do not like to choose, but I must say that Brazilian models that cross these bridges are the most beautiful models in the world. They make the clothes even more amazing.
What are your favorite Brazilian dishes?
Even if there is rare that I say so, I make a feijoada (pork and bean stew) delicious! It's an old family recipe and have continued the tradition by cooking every Sunday at home for my family and my friends.
Tell us something of the place where you grew up and how you became who you are. Bay is a very positive and thought for families, which further reinforces the importance of having good family values and good morals. I grew up surrounded by all that, so I try to take it with me wherever I go.
Now living in Miami. What do you miss about Brazil? Did you visit often? Brazil has a very rich culture, people are very different and are always smiling despite the difficulties.That is a very valuable quality. Attempt to return several times a year. Sometimes, it is difficult to juggle work and school with my oldest daughter, but I always glad when I can go, either for work or vacation.
What three things I always carry when traveling? A nice bathroom suit, my Jaxbone Jambox for music, and a black dress that can be used both day and night.
Do you have a favorite hotel in which you prefer to stay?
In Rio, I think the Fasano ... It's beautiful. It is very luxurious and has stunning views and incredible food.
-For All those who visit Brazil for the first time, what should they take home? A football shirt of Brazil, of course! No trip to Brazil is complete without one.
What is it you like most about Brazil? The food, beaches, people and music!

Favorite food: feijoada.
Favorite dish as a child: my mother's lasagna. Favorite restaurant: my mother's house! Cooking for a regiment when I visit, it's awesome! Beauty product: almond oil, use it for hair. Hidden gem: Corcovado Mountain in Rio de Janeiro, it is precious. It is very luxurious and has stunning views and incredible food.
Best beach: it is called Praia do Forte, Bahia, my home state.The Brazilian beauty secret: I always say that joke is coconut water.
