I did. I haven't really had a chance to listen to all of it, though. For now I can only say that I hate the vocals. But give me time I'm digging the new Mastodon album currently.

Yeah, I think there are quite big differences between death- and black-metal bands. I might listen to the former once in a while, but I'll never touch the latter.
