Just me or all the Angels look better in the Angels on Social Media video than they did in the fashion show? Martha, Lais and Stella especially.

I can't help but notice how horrible the editing of the opening of DA was - so many cuts to Lady Gaga, Gigi and even Kendall that we barely saw Taylor's walk and pose.

Honestly, I find these Love Advent famous movie rip-offs homages very uninspired and rather tacky. This one is better than the one with Stella but still rather cringe-worthy. Not Barbara's fault, she looks marvelous as always. The Lui pictures are magnificent though.

Adriana is manly looking?! Alesandra has a somewhat manly looking face, IMO, but Adriana does not. And she is really not a problem for VS at all, she is still one of the biggest draws for the viewers. Plenty of people are into thirty-something women, and in any event most models in the show were younger than that. Does she mention how shy she is every other minute??

It's the internet, haters tend to be more noticeable than positive opiniosn. But it does feel as a slap in the face to other Angels that the newest one got a whole behind the scenes segment about herself and the likes of Lais and Romee got virtually no spotlight. Lais imitating Adriana's walk was a really fun moment, though.

Perfection, indeed. And, of course, Jasmine is better at arm wrestling than Tay, she is ridiculously fit even compared to her fellow Angels.

Whose genius idea is to use so much tanning products anyway? It looks ridiculous, especially on the paler blonde models like Elsa, Martha or Stella.

We don't like to hear it? Most people in this thread, myself included, have been complaining about various aspects of the show for weeks now and just about everyone wants some of the new angels to be dropped. Just not the ones they happen to like, of course. The obvious changes that need to be made is less focus on the musical performances, fewer models, fewer outfits that have so many clashing colours that you would think were designed by somebody who is colour blind, bringing Barbara Palvin back, Okay, that last one is just a personal preference. I am not sure promoting the hell out of the Angels is really going to make them household names if they lack the elusive "it" factor that models like Adriana have. Maybe there are no "new" supermodels in our day. For instance, most people probably know Karlie Kloss as Taylor Swift's BFF, not as a supermodel. Is Candice a household name? On this forum sure but in the minds of the average person, not really.

Stella's end of the runway smile and turn in BNA, please. Yet the ratings seem to be slightly higher this year without Candice. I just hope this doesn't lead to Kendall and the Hadids being cast every year.

I don't think this darker look suits Stella much. And the dubbing of the voice is very distracting. Love magazine uses so many top models and generally produces such underwhelming videos, IMO. I watched the VSFS, the bodysuit did look better in motion and the smile at the end of the runway was heart-melting (if somewhat obscured by the wings, alas). Not much behind-the-scenes stuff with Stella but I more or less expected that. Cracked me up when they said the Maxim thing was "a major deal", considering all the speculation that so many Angel covers in a row and Stella's number one spot on the hottest women list were basically purchased by VS.

A close friend? Is that what they are calling it now? I can't really blame the media much, they want to emphasize the better known names. Now, why Kendull, her family and the Hadids are so famous in the first place, that's one of the mysteries of the universe. And way to go, Lais, of course.

I say they should say screw it and have Kim Kardashian walk the runway as well, that is sure to drive ratings and sales through the roof, right? And I love the interaction between Stella and Lady Gaga, for once Stella seems excited backstage. As long as they don't form a "squad", that is.

That Lady Gaga lip sync is so much better than the Bruno Mars one. Everyone seems to be having a good time, even grumpy Stella is all smiles and hugs. I'm a fan of Taylor Swift (her music, her public persona not so much) but when the Angels were gushing about her it came off as mostly fake enthusiasm. Maybe it's fake again but they did a better job pretending.

Stella (and some other models too) sure look better in these rehearsal pics than in the show itself. Or maybe Russell is that good. I usually think the cultural appropriation claims are way stupid but the TRA outfits were so ugly overall that I wouldn't mind if some were cut from the TV broadcast, albeit for a wrong reason.

I kind of hope the ratings bomb again this year to teach VS a lesson that paying so much attention to the musical performers, Gigi and Kendall won't do the trick. Cutting to the singers every 5 seconds it's akin to the broadcast of a sports game cutting to the cheerleaders all the time when the play is still ongoing - it distracts from the main attraction. Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift have dozens of concerts every year but there is only one VSFS. Or maybe they will learn the wrong lesson and next year will have Taylor Swift walk the runway as a model in addition to singing in a desperate attempt to draw in more viewers.

I don't get all the Grace hype but she is more than welcome to replace Rachel. Why is Martha glaring as if she wants to murder someone? That black outfit sin't bad at all, it has no dragon for one thing.
