WOW Thank you a lot for taking the time to share these beautiful pictures, I only had one of these pics; she was so pretty at that time. (not that she is ugly now but I don't like her emaciated/skinny face, she looks hungry, but I guess some like the fact she lost weight and her baby face (just a personal opinion).) -
I like the La Redoute pictures, they are not that photoshopped; Calzedonia, on the other hand, should hire a model with boobs instead of photoshopping ridiculous fake boobs on Sara who is quite flat in real life.
A boob job is not as agressive as it used to be and it doesn't require a long recovery, there are different kind of implants, new methods as well (injection of your own fat, for example) that are rather painless if you choose an average cup size. In Belgium, you enter hospital in the morning, the operation lasts 1h and you're out in the afternoon or the evening, you can go back to work the day after, you generally keep a postoperative bandage during 2 days then a bra for around 2 weeks. I did ask a surgeon last year but I'm very afraid by general anesthesia so I didn't get any operation. Thanks for the pictures!

Alessandra looks great but don't be so naive, there is no make up trick at all to make appear boobs that big without any surgery or a wonderbra, some make up give volume, of course, but not that much volume if there is not enough volume to start with, you can't fake a C-cup like this; a boob job is now only 1h operation, just saying. In most countries, you enter hospital/clinic in the morning and you're out in the evening.

She is pretty, I have searched on top modelling agencies, I haven't found her yet. Why don't you ask to Erez Sabag on his Vimeo account for the name of the model? He certainly knows who she is, he worked with her!
