The fact that they have a huge fanbase does not necessarily mean that those fans will watch the show. Taylor Swift has a huge fanbase also, perhaps even bigger, and still there weren't more people watching the show last year than the year before or than in 2011. And she sold out a stadium in Shanghai last week in less than a minute I heard. Anyway, the thing is VS just has to do better with the show altogether. As for young girls buying PINK products because they see Taylor, Bieber etc perform, that I agree... it would be a good move for VS. Overall, I think Ellie Goulding would be better.

No kendall for me, sorry. There are a lot of models that could be a big plus for the fashion show. And why bother with kendall, who is so controversial. And she's not even a real model. I think VS can get enough PR with the models they already have + the musical guests.

Wow, the activity in this thread is soo low these days. One week since last post... LOL. I've been gone for the last couple of months and I really missed everything. Anyway, just a few thoughts... I'm really happy for Elsa, it seems that it's finally gonna happen for her this year. I would love to see more of Andreea Diaconu, Jac and Josephine in VS. And also Kristina Romanova. And maybe Taylor Hill could get a spot for pink, since we can assume Elsa won't be there for long. I know I wasn't that nice to Karlie since she came along (although I don't remember saying anything really bad about her)... but things changed a lot for me lately as far as she's concerned. She is growing on me so fast this year, I don't even know how it happened. And I think she was perfect in that last campaign for that 'heavenly' fragrance. And I want Doutzen to come back already!!

another event in chicago? karlie was just there... Anyway, it would be great if they visited more cities. Too much NY & LA. And they had a good turnout in milwaukee, orlando and seattle last year.

They obviously don't actualy count the votes on askmen.com. The rankings are made by them, based on the popularity/achievements these women have at the moment, so the list is completely irrelevant. When you see that 75% would rank someone higher than she actually is in the list, you know there's something wrong there. It's ridiculous to think that more people would rank karlie/cara higher than miranda, candice etc. And why everyone says doutzen is out of the FB race? The script is perfect for her. She'll gave birth in july apparently, so I don't see the problem. They can shoot the FB later, in august or september, it's not like they have a deadline in july. They release it in october anyway. And I think doutzen is worth waiting for.

Not bad these days chanel. As for the V-day video, like in any other video from VS, cutting someone out is not ok. You're telling me that they couldn't find some decent shots with whoever gets cut out, after hours of shooting? Or lindsay's shots were so unnecessary and bad, so why bother editing them? Same story over and over. That's very disrespectful. And Ed is definitely the reason why this always happens, because he probably has the last word in the editing process. Shame on you for that, Ed. :jimmy: And how can overusing some models who get an overall not so positive feedback from the fans is good for business? Aren't people who comment and rate their videos an important part of the ones that buy their stuff? If they don't embrace the model that is behind their products, then how can that model sell and make enough money for the company? I don't know, it just doesn't make any sense to me. It probably doesn't have a bad impact on sales, but I can't imagine why it would do them any good either.

Yup, that's very true, she's the least famous of them all. And VS did use her more last year, but it looks like that didn't help much. But I like her a lot anyway, I wouldn't want her to leave. And it's crazy how some of the young models can be so much more popular than some of the angels. You would think the exposure they get would give the angels more popularity, but that doesn't always happen. And the days when all the angels were household names are never coming back. I hope elsa does better if she becomes an angel, in terms of popularity, cause she doesn't have many followers either, and I'm afraid she could end up just like lindsay. Also, the new models they work with a lot aren't very popular on social media either (lais, martha, barbara f). I wish they would use constance or andreea diaconu more. I really like them. I like josephine too.

Yeah, I like lindsay better too. I wish we had both, erin and lindsay. And nadine looks great, but Erin was better.
