I don't think the Swarovski wings are meant to be something special. They had Swarovski wings before and they weren't a big deal. Karlie had such wings in 2012 in Angels In Bloom, Magdalena in Silver Screen Angels, Hana & Ale in Rome Antique or Rosie in Romantic Journey.

I actually like the sketch. The execution doesn't look good at all, but I can't really tell why it transforms so badly. So, like you said, I hope they reworked it.

The theme of "Secret Angel" is not necessarily sexy spy. Like Sophia said (and I know she says that always), this is a more cinematic section. It's supposed to have a Casablanca-esque feeling and is inspired by black and white movies of the 40's and 50's. The wings in Mountain Romance look kinda off, but I'm sure they stay where they are. Most of the looks of this section had those kinda wings. But they actually quite fit the Austrian, Tyrolian theme.

I seriously hope Karlie gets her shit together and doesn't do weird, crappy things like she did in Dream Girls. Knocking out Doutzen, because she gave all her attention to the center of her life: T Swift.

I hate when they add outfits last minute. Which designer does that? VS needs to realize that they only have a limited number of outfits and a limited number of girls that can be cast.

Just because they wrote "Swarovski" doesn't mean it's THE Swarovski outfit. You all realize that 90% of the looks in the show feature Swarovski crystals. Ale's wings from last year were made with Swarovski crystals as well and she wasn't wearing the special outfit, same for Cindy in Fireworks.

Out of the new angels only Elsa, Lais or Jasmine really deserve a FB. Maybe Martha. As much as I love Taylor she just walked two shows, compare that to Lily who walked six shows before she got the FB or Ale who walked eleven shows before she got the bra.
