They released the box set DVDs of Daria. I was so excited Who have Sunderland signed? All I heard about was Connor Wickham and I have no idea who he is. We were linked to him though.

U-21, U-17, Gold Cup and Women's World Cup, EURO12 qualifiers and Copa America. That's a lot of football. Liverpool closing in on Adam. Apparently Kenny offered a snack machine £8m for a Yorkie and an IRN-BRU the other day.

For the record, the second most important thing is to not hire the guy who relegated your local rivals twice whilst playing the worst 'brand' of football in the history of the universe. Are we talking about McLeish?

I saw a youtube video of him and was impressed by some of his passing. Then again, I've seen a youtube video that made Pascal Cygan look god-like in defence How do you think Giggs pulls off those moves at his age without some Yoga training :| Apparently Silva took up yoga as well with Giggs' instructor. Wonder when that video will make its way onto the interwebz...

£16m for Henderson. I haven't seen him but that is a ridiculous fee for an 20 year-old that has one cap. How does he compare to Wilshere, M*? Freddy, love your tribute to Giggsy.

I'm hoping Mr. Average does one over Freddy next week! If I can beat ...ummm *muttersindistinguishablenameunderbreath* then I have a chance of pipping him of "GD" I heard about the punch up. Apparently Demba Ba didn't want to sign anything for a couple of fans?

@Matt: Pumped Up Kicks. @M*: Barely. I had it playing twice on my way to work before my morning coffee. Sounded good. That's about as much as I got to analyse in my pre-caffeinated consciousness.

Luiz (a.k.a. Die, Bart, Die) Apparently he's always up to something in the dressing room. No more Classicos for 3 months

Congrats on winning the title, Freddy! Pity about the Brom goal though. Scrappy stuff.

Apparently it was. Villa Boas is the new Mourinho they say, but I haven't heard a peep about Barca conspiracies yet coming from Porto's direction

You're always told that but the call always seems to go to the defense I guess there's a difference between what the linesman saw and what he thought he saw. It's always difficult to see everything when the ball is released so far from the runner. Earlier in the season, when Mourinho was threatening to leave Madrid, he was saying that whether he was going to be at Madrid next season or not was irrelevant because in the next couple of seasons Barca would fall regardless of his presence. He said that Xavi and Puyol would retire or become less effective with age and the end of the generation would spell the end of their dominance cause no matter how many youngsters Barca had, they would not have perfect clones to keep playing the way that they do. Interesting comments. Did anyone see the interview? Pep was actually quite calm (which makes it all less funny).
