Then you have to move, for example in a fitness center, playing bball, tennis,... And many many many other things. It`s not a recipe, it`s a "savoir vivre".

Or with a prog like, hmmm, i think fraps. how do u do it with vlc!? i have vlc... can u tell me how to do it with that program?
