Fernandez and Campbell devoted most of their talk Friday to the hostages, state news agency Telam said. Campbell was quoted by Telam as effusively praising her host after the midday meeting, calling Argentina's famously fashionable president "accessible" and "very strong. She’s been staying at the luxurious Giuseppe Cippriani house. The beautiful supermodel was spotted sunning herself yesterday, as well as making friends with an unidentified man at the Shakira Punta del Este Resort. Wearing an itsy bitsy, fire-engine red bikini on a break in South America, the British cover girl – who turns 38 in May - would have been the envy of girls half her age. Supermodel Naomi Campbell added a touch of glamour to the Petrocaribe oilsummit in Cuba, getting a first-hand look at the recently built houses for Cuban workers at a refurbished oil refinery. Wearing a beige dress and big sunglasses, Campbell, 37, was accompanied by Vice Foreign Minister Alejandro Gonzalez during her visit Friday to the southern city of Cienfuegos, according to a photographer at the scene. Stepping foot in one of the modest, prefabricated homes, the Jamaican-born model stunned a pair of newlyweds in Cuba on Friday (21st., dec) when she chatted and posed with the young married couple, who will live in one of 100 small, white cookie-cutter houses near the Camilo Cienfuegos refinery, handing them the keys to the flat. After congratulating them on their new home, the British model said it was "very pretty" and walked up to a platform to get a panoramic view of the "Simon Bolivar" settlement. Naomi Campbell is said to be in Cuba interviewing Fidel Castro for British GQ.

WWD reported Louis Vuitton’s spring campaign will showcase supermodels draped on Sixties muscle cars. Spreads featuring Stephanie Seymour and Eva Herzigova are slated to break in February magazines, followed by Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer, Angela Lindvall and Natalia Vodianova. Vuitton also enlisted filmmaker Zoe Cassavetes to create a short "making-of" film about the supermodel campaign, shot over three days in a London studio. Style.com will feature a teaser of the film starting December 20. The full three-minute film will debut on December 20 on style.com and louisvuitton.com. Vuitton creative director, Marc Jacobs said this is his “favorite campaign” to date for the fashion house.
