  6. France-based players Sireli Bobo, Jone Qovu and Joshua Matavesi have been replaced in Fiji's squad to prepare for this year's World Cup. Bobo, Qovu and Matavesi, who all play for Racing-Metro, were selected in a 43-man squad but last week were omitted when it was enlarged to 50. Bobo, who has played ten Tests for Fiji, and Qovu, who has been capped nine times, both announced their unavailability for personal reasons. Matavesi, who has played five times for Fiji, has opted to focus on club commitments.
