The position of annoying blonde has already been taken by Candice Well I'm just going to tell you from my experience in the sugarcoated form: Victoria's Secret trying to communicate with their customers is a load of shit. Hell I won a giftcard on their Twitter once, they said they'd send it, I gave them the deets, and never got it, and then when I complained numerous times that I didn't receive it they began doing lame excuses and didn't find a substitute. So Victoria's Secret's communication is basically as good as a fake Croc shoe. I've known people that have tweeted Todd his designs and he liked them and complimented them (that was a few years back). Based on their previous robes they always have something like "Victoria's Secret [insert year here]" etched on the back. It's a possibility they've seen it so I guess you can re-email them if you want to. I doubt they'd reply however.

Asian Dude = John Pffeifer was his name, and he's the casting director so essentially if he likes a girl then it's fine by him. Monica definitely worships Karlie, Sophia worships Cara. Ed worships Adriana, Behati and Candice mainly (and Martha on the occasion). Then in terms of photographers it's clear that Russell has good relationships with Adri, Ale, Bee and Candice. So yes there's always going to be a higher power in the industry that will like you. And watching Monica talk is awful, she's got the personality of burnt toast. Now that you mention it definitely Lindsay would be a good host since she is really well with words, but Lindsay's time is coming to a close so I guess it's impossible.

@ the Ed thing, my favourite part is where he says "I don't have 'favourites'". But honestly the truth is Ed doesn't run the show, there are still many more people in VS that have powers equal or higher to him so he's not the sole one making the decisions. Remember you still have people like Monica and Sophia to get through, as well as I assume the rest of the VS creative team and all.
