In the modeling world, 5'9 is bordering on too short for runway. Most designers won't work with anyone under 5'9, unless that person happens to be a huge name ( Laetitia Casta, Kate Moss, et cetera ).

Um... Laetitia is not what I would call a "big" girl. She has curves in all the right places and looks ten times better than stick figures like Gisele and Alessandra.

Probably because she's not Brazilian. And three of VS's strongest models are Brazilian ( Adriana, Alessandra, and Gisele ). Four, if you count Ana .. but she hasn't been in the VS catalog much lately. I, personally, think VS should bring back Laetitia. She may not have Marisa's abs, but Laetitia was one of the original angels.

I think it's on at 9 tonight on UPN, but I'm not sure. I'm really rooting for Naima, which is weird because I typically like the classic beauty and Naima is a lot more edgier than I usually like. But I really think she's got what it takes.

I just showered and I'm feeling lazy, so I put my hair in a bun today. But, it looks pretty because I have these big bobby-pin things that can be used for French Twists and stuff and they have a pearl and rhinestones on the tip, so it looks pretty in my bun.

Thanks for that, Lullaby. While I love Eastern European models, I think the Brazilians bring heat and sex appeal to the fashion industry. For some reason, all the Brazilian models just seem to have a very sensual and seductive look. Maybe it's because it's the dark hair and skin, and those South American curves. Eastern European women seem very statuesque and stoic to me. While they are tall, pretty, and have killer cheekbones, most of them don`t seem to have the same sex appeal and flavor that the Brazilians ( or even Americans ) have.

I can`t even imagine being able to keep my hair up with a pencil! Mine is too long and too thick.
