The one with darker hair is Chanel Celaya !

This a model I've been searching for , for quite a few years. She appeared in Seventeen Magazine's April 2008 issue and Dec/Jan 2009 issue. I haven't seen her model for other stuff, but have always wondered who she is. I have checked most modeling agencies but still haven't found her. Whether she has stopped modeling- idk- point is I want to find out her name! xD
