I don't know why stats, percentages and polls are so important to you - but I don't see them so rampantly on any other thread save for Kate Upton's, and at least her fans keep it within the confines of her own thread (and again, she's been mentioned in this discussion too yet her fans aren't banging their war-drums here either). Pretty sure this flawless sista wasn't comparing Adriana and Gisele's fanbase. all she meant was she can't be famous and recognized as the 90s models without having at least a substantial internet following. The 90s girls really would have had millions of followers/likes. All the celebs that are household names have atleast more than 5 million likes/followers in the respective social networking sites. I'm pretty sure there are countless people who follow Rihanna on twitter, and they're not necessarily fans. Same thing should be applied to Gisele. You can tell the status of a celeb just by simply Googling him or her. I understood u, i guess my comment didn't come out as intended. I wasn't taliking about her looks. I meant her status. Heidi and Tyra are the only 2000s models who have the same recognition as the 90s girl even if they are considered lingerie models. After them, it's Gisele, but really, she isn't as famous as some people think. I've gotten a lot of "Gisele who?" from both europe annd Africa to think differently she's definitely the most famous 2000s girl, but she really isn't known by the average person, it's either u know her name or u know her face. Cherry u speak the truth. Gisele is definitely more known in America than the other models. It used to be Heidi but she aint a model anymore. When Gisele became an angel at a time when people actually cared about the angels, and when they had big names like Heidi and Tyra. Most of the angels back then were pretty well known. She also dated few of the most famous american men and did commercials for the likes of Apple. Her fame in the US is undeniable. IMO, in the US, she's known as Tom Brady's wife. Theres no maybe to it. Both models are more famous than Adriana. And thats not just within the U.S. but internationally as well. Moreover, the list of models more well-known than Adriana includes more than just two names (Heidi Klum, Naomi Campbell, and Tyra are just a few of the names that come to mind). I think the maybe was for Gisele. Heidi and Tyra are not models anymore. Agree about Naomi.
