That's the question, why? Is Adriana ashamed of Sienna because something is wrong with her physically and or mentally? Is Sienna handicap? Is momma bear trying to protect her little one because she's worried the world will be cruel to Sienna? (kid is 6-7 months old and has no idea wtf the world is saying about her. Sheltering the kid for the rest of her life isn't going to help in the least If something is wrong with Sienna the quicker she learns to deal with people and criticism, the happier she'll be). Or is Adriana taking the e-whore Kim K route and pimping out her daughters image to the highest right buyer? If it's none of the above then Adriana is seriously over protective on a neurotic level (meds for that). We all know she's super private, but Adriana should probably allow the child to see the light or day sometime. That vitamin D deficiency is a bitch. It's just sad that Sienna seems to be left out of some the family fun. No beach, no Disneyland
