It means someone... <_< ...doesn't really have a clue and thinks a 31 year old mother of three paparazzi photographed out and about, possibly just shopping should look pretty much the same as she did at 21 modelling swimwear. I think a little bit of thought is required before posting things like 'she used to be gorgeous but hasn't aged well'... Laetitia looks as captivating to me in pictures taken now as she looked when I first saw her in 1996.

You started off positively and sensibly, with your observation about some French actor (that I seem to recognise from A Very Long Engagement) but two posts later and you've clearly lost the plot.
