Being away from home so much has also made me realise the importance of family How would you describe your stye? I like to keep my style chic and casual. Being comfortable is important on the inside and out Most treasured item? My great granny's gold wedding band. It's so old and worn so thin. I never take it off Who would be your top three people to invite to a dinner party? I'm a massive music fan, so if I had a time machine, David Bowie would be my number one choice. I'm re-reading Just Kids by Patti Smith! What is your favourite scent? Le Labo, Santal 33 Films that have inspired you? About Time. It's such a beautifully put together movie with so many layers and dimensions to it What do you like most about living in New York? I think New York is one of the most exciting cities in the world. There's always something to do. Plus I love the fact you can walk everywhere! Must dos for visitors to New York? Visiting the Guggenheim Museum or the Moma, picnic in Central Park or lunch at The Boathouse. Also, a walk along the High Line on the west side overlooking the Hudson River Favourite restaurants, cafes, bars in New York? Get to know our very nous model, Megan Martin! ~ Where are you from? Beautiful mountains of Roanoke, Virginia. What inspires you the most? My beautiful mother. What’s been your greatest achievement (so far)? Getting my nursing degree (RN). Oh, & owning 60+ bikinis. Where is the most beautiful place on earth and why? If you ask my friends and family, they’ll tell you I fall in love with every place I go. I feel like there is a different beauty to be found in every place I visit. Have you overcome one of your fears? I swam with sharks last week for a shoot!!! P.S. I HATE SHARKS! How do you kick back and relax? I wake up early in the morning before anyone else–brew some green tea & read. It’s the best “alone time.” How would your best friend describe you?Weird. Very weird. Like super weird. But loyal as a golden retriever (a good golden retriever). ? What is the funniest thing that has happened to you recently? While I was shooting in the exumas last week, a large pig wouldn’t stop chasing me –keep in mind I was in a bikini & frolicking/running around the island frantically. I honestly just think he wanted me to take him home. ?? If you had to choose one thing you were most passionate about, what would it be and why? Family time. Family time is such a blessing… life is short– so making memories with the people that love you most could not be any sweeter. When you eat a pack of Skittles, do you save the best flavors for last?
