Anil Despite her seemingly having a bit of a burst of energy earlier in the season, it's been evident for the past 2 seasons that Blake has been mentally checked out of Gossip Girl. And who wouldn't in her position? The writers all but murdered her character without actually killing her off, I'm glad now Blair fans know how it feels. I do love how much Chloe admires and idolizes Blake, as far as mentors and friendships and positive role models go in Hollywood she could do worse. Good for her for picking a strong, sweet, drink-and-drug free homebody. If she follows Blake's steps/examples, rest assured we won't hear any Lohan-like stories of her imploding due to child stardom Here are some pics from episode 10:

Here's an interview between the original novelist (Don Winslow) and the co-screenwriter (Shane Salerno) of Blake's upcoming movie, Savages. I excerpted the parts pertaining to the movie/book: A rave of the book by NYTimes, I bolded the part about Blake's character:

Yeah, I saw that sooo sweet Unluckily for them that she's already repping a line of purses, and fabulously at that Was having something of a movie marathon since yesterday, and I was thinking about how insanely cool it would be for Blake to work with either Jason Reitman and/or Wes Anderson. They've realized some of my favorite and some of the quirkiest, funnest characters ever and have directed some of my favorite films so it would be the best of both worlds for me

Ryan's moving from LA to NYC and he's been looking for an apartment the city long before Blake so there's really no story there of them "moving in together' or stuff, sorry to say NYPost.
