    Well I too am using windows XP. And I am also having a long list of software that I can't live without. Here are some of them. -yahoo messenger -firefox/ Internet Explorer - antivirus software - Power DVD or some other audio and video player software -MS Office -Photo Impression 6 - Java -Adobe Reader - Photoshop And -some interesting game software
