It turns out I did find an issue with our DNS (Domain Name System) for Bellazon. I had incorrectly defined the SOA MNAME field (RFC 2181) of the DNS information. It turns out that most ISP's did not have any issues with it, but I did find a few that had problems. I corrected these this morning so that should help fix a few places that were having difficulties. There are still a few issues that seem to be related to upstream providers (failing traceroutes) that I am still trying to sort out. Thank you to everyone who has been taking the time to report any issues that have been found. It sure makes this a lot easier!

Interesting that Savvis is causing you to lose so much time between San Jose and Los Angeles (if the hostnames really are accurate, of course). I have been watching our systems pretty closely over the past few days and I have not seen anything causing these reports of problems. It really does seem to be upstream providers, which is difficult to fix without having many different bandwidth providers simultaneously.... Thanks a lot for posting this!

I realize that there is already a thread being used for reporting issues with accessing Bellazon, but I wanted to create a new thread now that we have completed a bunch of changes on the systems. The site should be much faster now for nearly everybody! If you are having any problems accessing Bellazon, please let me know in this thread or you can send me a PM. The more details you can provide, the better. The following pieces of information are really helpful when there are issues accessing the site: - Date and time of the problem - Your timezone! - Obviously a description of the issue - If you are really inspired, a traceroute to bellazon.com can be really useful for connectivity problems The chances are, if you are having problems, there are probably others that are having problems as well! I thought I would finally join the conversations around Bellazon. I've been a member for a while, but just lurked around. Before Bellazon, I had never heard of most of the people that are talked about around here!
