joe, I don't think so. she is in this month arena mag with gisele on the cover, arena must love her and from dumond campaign:
if you're talking about this, it just says they are doing a competition for finding a girl for their campaign,and on the right is a formulary, it doesn't said anything about that mag and Julia, I've found this: http://www.garnier.com/fructis/ I think they are only showing the commercial in Spain and Italy
