Among all the models of the nineties Karen has always seemed one of the most balanced and gentle,She was much loved by fashion professionals for this, but I believe that also the general public understood her kind-quite shy- personality(if a model could be described as "almost shy") . However it is known that certain problems may occur even in apparently very quiet people-I think that something has triggered her illness. I try to remember her as it was in its heyday---I miss Karen, her step on the runway--- She has given us a lot of beauty .
