Dakota Fanning Sports Teased Hair new Look for 'Untitled" Gerardo Naranjo Project. Dakota is getting ready to film the Naranjo Project in Las Vegas, The beautiful 20-year-old actress sports teased hair and nail polish for the filming (similar to that she had in the ELLE Korea issue) – a total different look for her! The film follows a girl named Viena (Fanning), a roadie on a journey of self-discovery while on tour with a punk band in the 1980s. The film is anticipated to be released next year. Can’t wait. May 2014
