In regards to that "kissing" pic. I was never convinced they were actually kissing. It was even said it was a bad angle. I saw it as him either whispering in her ear or giving her a kiss on the cheek, Rihanna's mouth was clearly open. If they were kissing on the lips her mouth wouldn't be that wide opened like that. The way her mouth looked it looked like she was talking.

Thanks for the updates. In regards to them for sure "hooking up sometimes" it could be true and it could not... that's something we can't know for sure unless they admitted it or we were actually in the bedroom seeing them getting it on. But I agree this talk should just stay in the GD thread

She might have seen him at Coachella, but I bet she's just joking about making out with him.

In regards to Leo's friends that he hangs with alot. On snapchat, I just saw Nikki Erwin (Chuck's girlfriend) dancing with Denise Schaefer, Elsie Hewitt, Taylor Godfrey etc at Coachella. (Nikki reminds me of me of one of the guys sometimes) And we can see Lukas in Sabina's snapchat at Coachella too I don't see how Leo can miss this. If he's there he's bound to be sighted eventually.

I guess that's his polite way of greeting people, I remember Leo kissing Ben Affleck on the cheek too at the Oscar after party. Then at that Tag Heuer event a couple years ago, he gave kisses to the men on stage with him I wonder if he'll leave NY for LA soon, for Coachella which starts this weekend. It's also next weekend too, but I notice Leo usually goes the first weekend, so I don't know

Thanks for the updates. Speaking of Bryant, you guys gotta listen to this. It's very short, but they are talking about Kobe Bryant, then compared Leo to him in terms of success, and they have AMAZING things to say of Leo. Basically they are calling Leo a success, and how he respects Leo so much and then the guy goes on to say how you can talk to anybody and no one has anything bad to say of Leo. Thanks Barbie for the MTV updates. I don't find it funny, but I actually don't think this is that bad. The fact that they'd even do this bit shows how popular the film and Leo are because they know the general audience will understand the reference. And it shows the film has reached pop culture status, while still being a movie and performance that has been taken serious (hence the Oscar nomination, wins etc) Then maybe studios will consider making movies like this more often, seeing how well it performed on both spectrums Although, if Leo had lost all the major awards like, Oscar, BAFTA, GG etc and the film and performance wasn't taken seriously ... I probably would have been annoyed at the joke. But since he has won in a big way, it is Leo who gets the last laugh in my eyes But yeah, I couldn't envision Leo going to this. Just doesn't fit him.

I was looking at all the winners of this specific category throughout the shows existence, best male performance, and to me it looks like Leo has the most with 3 awards. Again I'm just referring to this specific category, because there are lots of other categories. (But best performance is the best one in my eyes) so I thought that was kinda neat, especially considering the fact that his overall image as a serious actor doesn't really fit the stereotypical "MTV image" And most of the time the Oscar winner doesn't end up winning the MTV award for the same performance, so I guess one could say it's a best of both worlds scenario for Leo.

The last two times Leo won that MTV award for Titanic and The Aviator, he wasn't there either..... but both times they showed the category because Leo gave a taped acceptance speech. Maybe this time they didn't bother with it all because maybe Leo didn't provide a taped acceptance speech this time? Still weird if they had the best female performance category announced (although I believe Charlize was there) then nothing on best male... If I was a random person watching I'd be confused. But for editing purposes I can see why they'd scrap it. I was hoping to see a taped speech, and see him actually holding the award, like in the past, but this appears not to be the case. Anyways, him winning further shows his popularity for this role because this award show is voted on by the general public and it continued his award winning streak for this performance.

Yay! I'm happy he won!! All this time I was expecting to hear the results tonight April 10th. So it must have been filmed last night and then airing on TV tonight. Oh and I read the show is filmed in Burbank, California. I read something on this thread that had me thinking it was an NY thing. I don't care about watching this show, but If Leo gives a video acceptance speech I'll watch it when it gets put on the Internet.

Yeah it's neat to see. He was famously known to not have won an Oscar, now he's famously known to have won. Which is definitely better. I guess if he had never won, they would have just simply listed him as an actor on this tv highlight He had a great career without an Oscar, and technically he didn't need one.... but stuff like this just shows how much status and prestige winning an Oscar has on the general public. So I'm glad he won
