Guess ad, 1988 model: Carre Otis

Anyone know if Linda's cover is just the subscriber cover or whatever? I just looked at the Bazaar website and they've got 3 different September covers: Lady Gaga, Penelope Cruz, and Linda. So I'm thinking that Gaga's cover will be the official one, no?

That's great!!! She finally got a long overdue Bazaar cover. I like the hair, it's as if she's paying tribute to her old 1988-1989 self.

And she's even wearing the same leggings she wore in Vogue Japan

For some reason I think it's from an Italian designer. I recall that some of the Italian fashion shows had stark white runways. But, I really have no idea who it might be.

I love those pics, it's great to see Nadja and Claudia together again. It kind makes me think back to their Versace campaigns from the mid 90s. And I love the way she looks in that Chanel pic from above. That was one of her best runway looks ever.

^That link is wrong, that's not Linda's segment. What they said about Linda is actually more of a slight than a compliment. Linda's had such a legendary incomparable career, and yet THAT'S the best description of Linda that they could come up with? Linda is more than just "a muse". And it's actually Stephanie who's a frequent collaborator with Alaia, not Linda.

Lovely quintet. I like the colors of the cover and the group pose (2 in the top row, 3 in the bottom row). I only wish they would have left Linda with her natural hair instead of putting her in a wig. Nadja looks fantastic btw.

I know! And these days her eyebrows look way too arched. It makes her look like she had a brow lift.

Fumi, I agree with you. Yasmeen hasn't been a working model in about 16 years, and today's fashion scene is merely a shell of what it used to be during Yasmeen's heyday. So, I don't really see much reason for her to come back. It's best to just remember her as she was in her glory years. Though it would be nice to see candid shots of her at public functions.
