She really does look like Karen but I don't think it's her because in 1989 (and part of 1990) Karen sported brown hair.

Thanks jOEh for all those great commercial vids. Suzanne and Marie-Sophie, along with Kara Young, Marielle Macville, Famke Janssen, and Vanessa Duve were some of the commercial queens of the late 80s.
The first one is Patty Sylvia. I dunno who the other two are, though the last one looks very familiar.
