  1. Oh, I didn't really think it had been; I was just remarking on the fact the proportions looked a bit peculiar. :-) It probably was somebody's cell phone.
  2. I have a new one. The proportions of this look a bit off, almost "fisheye lens"-like or something. But it shows his face very well, and I haven't seen it here yet. It was taken by one of the people working fashion week, who was doing fittings for him, originally posted via Twitter. Enjoy. :-D
  3. Definitely liking the longer hair. Makes him look older.
  4. I agree! Very nice. Not all guys can carry it off, but I generally like longer hair to really short. His has a very nice curl to it and he's got the feline lines to pull it off, but a squarer jaw so the long hair frames his face well. :-)
  5. Pictures! The tattoos are amusing. Although it's the hair that made me laugh; it's long and they're having fun with it, I think. That and the tux with a dead thing on his shoulder. ;P It looks like he got married and then went hunting. (Yes, I am irreverent.) I quite like the Armani pics, especially the one w/ sunglasses. And I hope he has a happy birthday and isn't worked too hard (although it's Sunday, so maybe their won't be any shows and he can relax and have a good dinner).
  6. Yay, a new one! When does fashion week start? Isn't in in January? We need some more new images. *grin*
  7. I think these may be new? Hotlinking: Do not, under any circumstance, hotlink from another person's website. If you're not sure what hotlinking is, please visit this page for more information. http://www.bellazon.com/main/index.php?showtopic=22405 He has a nice lop-sided close-mouthed smile when he uses it. :-) I'm not sure why, btw, but the board won't seem to allow me to post the actual image. :-(
  8. Something I've noticed before: the boy sure does walk fast! Is that normal in male modeling? It seems like the women stroll more. Taylor looks as if he's going to put out a fire! LOL! But I haven't really watched many of these so I'm not sure whether the men are supposed to walk that way -- more ... aggressive?
  9. Hee, yes. And I have to say, those images of the blue-ish suit look very ... 1970s. :-D At least they don't *appear* to be polyester. (I lived through the 70s and that's a decade whose clothes can DIE FOREVER, IMO.)
  10. Got another http://justphotoshoots.blogspot.com/2009/1...r-fuchs-x2.html None of these are new, but if you click on the image, they take you to a bigger, cleaner version of I think *all* of these than I've seen before. Mostly the "carnival" pictures he did with a tall female model (don't know her name), and some rooftop pictures, plus the one of him in a leather jacket and cowl-neck sweater. Very pretty. :-)
  11. Don't worry, it makes perfect sense, his jawline is incredible. Welcome! Agreed. His bone structure in general in incredible. He'll age well. (Probably not something he wants to think about at 21, but ...) I like the little cleft in his chin.
  12. Yes. I agree. He would make the movies a more bearable too. Okay, I may get rotten tomatoes for this but ... I can't stand Twilight. Now, understand, I'm not a fan of vampires in general (only vampire show I ever liked was the Canadian TV show Forever Knight), and I'm even less of a fan of how First Nations people are treated in the Twilight books. So I don't mind that Taylor wasn't involved in that. Ironically, I do think Robert Pattinson is as cute as a bug's ear, but mostly because he seems very unaffected and down-to-earth. I feel sorry for him, caught up in the insanity. But in looks, I prefer Taylor. :-)
  13. Found something for you! http://steelmachines.wordpress.com/2009/11/25/working-boy/ (If you click on the images, they go to very large-sized copies.) A couple B/W of Taylor in there. Kinda a "mafia/bad boy" look. Not really my thing, but I've not seen these before, and even as a "bad boy," Taylor still manages to look rather clean-cut. :-)
  14. I agree. He has good coloring for jewel-tones in general. reds/maroons, also violet, deep blues and greens. All IMO. :-)
  15. Ooo, Ooo! Pretty. He has lovely planes to his face. I think that's why he photographs so well. The suit is v. classy, although I think I actually prefer him in browns. I do like the slightly darker hair on him, however. Not sure if that's just from a lack of normal summer sun bleach, or if he's having it dyed, but I like it. It's striking because he's got very fair skin and even if if's not fully natural, it looks natural. And I actually found something that I haven't seen posted yet! So I get to contribute, not just comment! (Well, I hope it's not a duplicate.) There's not a lot of Mr. Fuchs in here, unfortunately, but a few brief shots. Well ... phoo. It won't let me embed the video. Here's the URL:
  16. Thank you very much for the welcome. :-)
  17. Greetings to all. I've spent the last 2 days (!) catching up on this thread, and wanted to take a minute just to thank those of you who take the time to find and post images. I've been looking for images of Mr. Fuchs and while a Google image search gave me some, a good half were unusable for my purposes. I found a wealth of them here. Also, given all the talk of his feline looks and references to godhood (I'm sure he'd be amused if he ever Googles himself), I thought some of you might be entertained knowing WHAT I needed the images for. I don't know a lot about fashion (at all). I'm a novelist, and working on a story. I find it easier to describe characters if I have a real human being as a physical model as, while I often do have a fairly clear mental image of what someone looks like, the idiosyncratic details can be provided by looking at real faces. I've been known to find images in everything from store fliers to junk mail. But how do you find someone physically perfect enough to model as a Greek god? (literally) *grin* So I entered "top male models" and "feline" in Google, and came up with a couple of names, Mr. Fuchs among them (also Matthias Lauridsen [sp?]). But as soon as I saw Taylor Fuchs, that was IT. He is Dionysos! He matches to an uncanny degree the image I had in my head -- well, making his hair blacker and his eyes greener ... but in facial feature, he's it. He even has the characteristic bow mouth found on Greek statues, as well as a nose that could pass, and those feline eyes. (His cheekbones are a bit sharp; the Greeks idealized a rounder face, but I LIKE the cheekbones.) And of course, Dionysos is STRONGLY associated with big cats -- the leopard, the lion ... What he's carrying there is called a "thyrsos," it's a fertility symbol. If best known today as the god of wine and the theatre, Dionysos is actually a vegetation and fertility god, as well as the god of "zoe" (life), ecstatic expression, extremes, and divine madness/inspiration. While not the chief god, there's no other Greek deity that has influence over quite so many diverse areas. A last amusing tidbit ... he's one of only two Greek male deities who was faithful to his (mortal) wife (Ariadne). The other faithful god was Hades! I find this particularly amusing as he is a fertility god, and was known for having female "groupies" (the maenads, or bacchants). He's also interesting because he's the only male Greek deity who had a major cult of female devotees. (Adonis did as well, but he's an import, not a native Greek deity.) Mr. Fuchs might enjoy having bacchants. *grin* Okay, I shall cease boring with a lecture on Greek myth, but considering the past conversations in the thread, I hope it gives some of you a laugh. Taylor Fuchs = Leopard Boy? Thanks again for all the lovely, and useful, images, most particularly the candids and casual dress images. (P.S. I should probably clarify, just to avoid confusion, the images are for my purposes. Obviously, they wouldn't be included in a published book or you'd violate a WHOLE bunch of copyrights. *grin* But novelists do find it useful to have good mental images for descriptive purposes.)
