Yeah I brazil I don't think it's such a big deal to get tats. I think here in SA you just need parental consent to get one at 16.

This is the second time I've seen the tattoo. You also see it in a previous editorial the one with him in Citizen K.

there have been several times frankies fanbase was mentioned not just by MDC it really makes me wonder if they do keep an eye out for models fanbases it almost seems as if frankies fanbase is building quite a reputation for itself ...i'm not sure if that's good or bad or i could just be over analysing but it's been mentioned a few times lately Lol a bit of over-analysing there riv but it's allowed.
