I just saw this discussion on Twitter about who got the most impact/attention at the vsfs from the 18th-19th. Adriana is a monument.

You’re right, I didn’t even notice she got more likes than the Kylie post. The woman has built a legacy that can’t be undone. I actually think the Barbara hype started when she dated Justin B for a hot minute. It’s so interesting to me because she got a lot of online fans but it doesn’t translate well into her professional life, for some reason. I thought her popularity had fizzled out but last year proved me wrong. Her views and likes were insane. Also, I’m kinda shocked that those Gisele clips didn’t make more noise haha. I thought they would break the internet.

Adriana’s chokehold on the world is honestly ridiculous. The attention she gets each year is expected but I thought by now people would have lost interest and make Candice the center but nooo. Candice does get incredible attention and rightly so but Adriana stole the show this year. I was paying attention to the reactions and views on both Twitter and IG and Adriana leads by a huge margin. The only model that gets more views than her is Barbara Palvin (which always fascinates me because I don’t know why). Even Bella wasn’t centered as much this year as she was last year. What a career Adriana has had. Even though I can’t stand when she starts with the kissing and smiling but I gotta give credit where it’s due.

She’s been serving serious face in her events pictures lately and I hope she brings that energy to the vsfs. She looks so GORGEOUS. What a stunning woman

The amount of jobs she gets has never been the problem, it’s just almost like she lost her spark in the VSFS and I’d rather see her stop doing the show than clowning when she does it. A perfect example is her recent red carpet appearance, it’s going viral online because she looks so sensual and alluring and it’s giving us the Adriana the world fell in love with. Everyone is talking about her in a positive way. I just want her to bring that same energy to the VSFS. Stop the big smiles and cheesy kisses, it’s taking away from your charm and iconic status. Walk that runway like you’re ADRIANA LIMA. I just hope someone close to her could tell her the truth, because when I see the other veteran models killing it on the show, it breaks my heart. Her face simply looks more stunning when she’s not smiling hard.
