Parker Posay
Parker Posey is an American actress best known for her sharp wit, offbeat charm, and standout roles in independent films of the 1990s, earning her the nickname “Queen of the Indies.” Born on 1968, in Baltimore, Maryland, she rose to prominence with films like "Dazed and Confused", "Party Girl", and "The House of Yes". She also appeared on Scream 3. She truly was a 90s it girl. The reason why I posted her here, is because I think she has that chic indie girl vibes. She has the small, thin nose, the high cheekbones and the round cheeks, an oval face and a pointy chin, delicate hollow cheeks... That makes her so chic and girly. And she has the relatable, "indie girl" features with her long and thin pout. She has the small eyelid that makes her seductive and cool. The short and straight eyebrows. Yeah she is defo so cool.

He has thin almond blue eyes and strong eyebrows, that give him a youthful reckless expression. He had a small button nose which is neotonous on a man. He had hollow cheeks and high cheekbones which gave him a more serious tone.

She has high cheekbones, a strong round chin, her face is oval and her jawline is angular. These strong features support her delicate aquiline nose. Ronit Elkabetz
Ronit Elkabetz (1964–2016) was an Israeli actress, director, and screenwriter known for her Israeli cinema. She is from a Morrocan Jewish family. She co-created and starred in the "Viviane Amsalem" trilogy, which was a movie about women’s rights and social constraints in Israel. She died of a lung cancer at the age of 51... I posted her here cause I think she was inspiring and also looked really classy. She had thin long, almond-shaped eyelids and dark eyes. This reflected her pensive and reserved nature. Her nose was long and thin with a small bump on its edge. Which makes her looked classy with her gaze. Her cheeks were prominent and tall, and this reflects her assertive personality as an artist and activist. The overrall structure of her face is structured in a square and long ; which again is the kind of face which conveys a great deal of expressiveness but also reserve with her thoughtful eyes. She had an artist's face.

Marina Sena
Here is Marina Sena. She's a Brazilian artist known for her work in pop and MPB. I enjoy her music and her attitude, she's a confident woman with a radiant, solar aura. She began writing songs at the age of 15. As a teenager, people saw her as a funny, crazy girl. She auditioned for The Voice Brasil but was rejected. At 18, with the support of her family, she began her professional career. She played in bands before launching her solo career around 2021. Though she initially signed with a small label, her music went viral, catching the attention of Sony Music Brasil, who signed her in 2023. She’s a fresh and compelling talent. What I find captivating about her face is her expression that is very unique. She has a mid-long face, which softens her overall look. Her head is oval-shaped, and her cheekbones are not very prominent, giving her a soft, doll-like appearance. Her chin is more angular, almost triangular, adding a bit of edge, though it’s recessed enough to keep it subtle. She has a beautiful aquiline nose that gives her features more definition and power, in harmony with the intensity of her gaze, emphasized by strong eyebrows and almond-shaped brown eyes. Her full lips give her a pin-up quality : feminine and sensual. There's a great balance between the softness of her facial structure and the strength of her expression. It perfectly reflects her edgy pop star persona.

Parlez-vous Français?
Oula Psychodelik...

Soraya Esfandiari
"Sad-Eyed Princess" was the name given to the second wife of the Shah of Iran (the equivalent of a king), Princess Soraya Esfandiary-Bakhtiary. Her life was so romantic novel coded. She was born into a unique and symbolic background: half-Persian through her noble Iranian father, and half-German through her mother. This dual identity often placed her in an uncomfortable in-between, seen as too Iranian for Europeans, and too European for Iranians. That will define her feeling of never being at the right place in her life. At around 18 years old, she married Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, the Shah of Iran, shortly after his divorce from his highly respected first wife, Fawzia of Egypt. He was already something around 30 years old and she came from Europe, it was a bit troubling for her. Her marriage to the Shah was marked by both messiness and love. People in Iran didn't liked her this much because of her rebel attitude and saw her as a depraved woman from Europe. Sadly, Soraya was unable to bear a child, something crucial for the monarchy’s future. Despite the love between them, this led to their separation. After the divorce, she briefly pursued an acting career and had a relationship with a European film producer. But he passed away. She and the shah still had feelings for each other. They tried to exchange letters, but the Shah’s later wife was jealous and prevented contact. Soraya wanted to see him again, but he passed away before that could happen. She died alone in Paris at the age of 69. To me, her story gives her face a kind of haunting beauty the essence of a romantic heroine. She had a noble and deep gaze, with siren type eyes that gave her almost a divine look. The pale color of her eyes evokes the softness of tears. Her round face was also soft, romantic and fragile as her story.

Patty Pravo
Patty Pravo is an Italian singer born in 1948 in Verona. She rose to fame in the 1960s with hits like "La bambola", which established her as a star of Italian pop. She remains an iconic figure in Italian music, known for her versatility and for maintaining her mysterious aura. I think her overall face structure is so perfect for her dramatic persona. Her oval face, large straight nose, her thin lips, the hollow cheeks, her eyes contemplative expression... Everything is so expressive, her face has a ratio that create space for emotions.

Tamara de Lempicka
Tamara de Lempicka (1898-1980) was a Polish-born painter known for her iconic Art Deco style and glamorous portraits of statuesque figures. She left Russia for Paris to flee the Russian Revolution. She then became a leading figure of the interwar avant-garde. She painted aristocratic figures and celebrities, she had a bold way to play with shapes and geometry. Her work captured the essence of elegance and energy that defined the Roaring Twenties, and she's a very iconic woman painter of the 20th century. Her face is interesting. She had a subtly aquiline thin and small nose. Her lips were heart-shaped. Her jawline was refined and small. She had an oval face. Her canthal title was a little bit negative and she had light colored pupils. Her eyes were almond, and she had this bedroom gaze. Every of these features express moderation which is an aristocracic ideal. The way she dressed and posed was very delicate, a bit eccentric but discreet.

Lee Miller
Lee Miller (1907-1977) was an American photographer, model, and war correspondent. She made her debuts as a fashion model in NY. Then she moved to Paris, in which she became a photographer and collaborated with the surrealist artist Man Ray. During the WWII, she worked as a correspondent for Vogue, she documented the Blitz in London and the liberation of Europe, including the concentration camps at Dachau and Buchenwald. Her work was pretty authentic because of the print she left on History and art. I think her face was lovely as her works. She had round bright eyes, thin but dark long eyebrows, a straight nose, and thin bow heart-shaped mouth. Her nose on the side profile was long and slightly curved. Many elements on her face are like bow and her features are dynamic. I think it matches with her character : a photographer, a WWII correspondant, and a model... She was a breathing litteral epic character with a touch of 50s glamorous and almost Pre-Raphaelite Jane Morris vibes.

Günseli Başar
Günseli Başar is known for having been crowned Miss Turkey in 1951 and then Miss Europe in 1952. She first began studying fashion at the Academy of Fine Arts. In 1951, she was elected Miss Turkey. The following year, encouraged by her professors, she entered the Miss Europe pageant and won. She first married a businessman, then divorced and married the mayor of Izmir. From this union, a daughter was born: Aslı Tunca. Aslı went on to spend the rest of her life as a columnist. Günseli had the honor of serving as a model for a monument to Atatürk, where she represented a young Turkish girl, child of the homeland. She spent her final years with her daughter Asli. She had been suffering from Alzheimer's for two years and passed away on April 20, 2013. I haven't found a more detailed biography, but she seemed to possess a real artistic sensitivity and self- assurance, since she was a columnist and had studied art. She probably came from a well-off background, too. What I find beautiful about the face of this icon is that she truly lives up to her name "Günseli" ("sunflower"), as she radiates a luminous aura. She has round cheeks, high cheekbones, dimples, heart-shaped lips, a small curved nose, and expressive thick eyebrows that highlight the refined, noble look in her slightly round, downward-slanting brown eyes. The roundness of her face gives her a traditional quality that aligns with our modern neotonous beauty standards. I think she looked modern both in term of personnality but also of looks. She also had a very solar beauty.
