  3. Alessandro Matri (born 19 August 1984) is an Italian former professional footballer who played as a striker. A product of AC Milan's youth academy, he rose to prominence with Cagliari, where his goals earned him a move to Juventus in 2011. At Juventus, Matri won three Serie A titles, a Coppa Italia, and two Supercoppa Italiana trophies, and was part of the squad that reached the 2015 UEFA Champions League final. During his career he also played for Fiorentina, Genoa, Lazio, Sassuolo, and Brescia, and earned seven caps for the Italian national team, scoring once on his debut in 2011. After retiring in 2020, he moved into football management and media work.

After beginning at Atalanta, he joined Juventus in 1994, where he won multiple Serie A titles, the 1996 UEFA Champions League, the Intercontinental Cup, and several other domestic and international trophies. He also spent two seasons on loan at Villarreal before finishing his playing career with Brescia. Tacchinardi earned 13 caps for the Italian national team between 1995 and 2003 and later moved into coaching and football punditry.
