From what I've been lead to believe, the entire family got one in a tribute of sorts to having arabic blood. At least that's what I heard a while ago. I don't really know for sure. I don't think she's ever said either.

This one is hard. I agree with happycanadian that it makes Cintia look really long. She looks good but it makes her look a little disproptional. So I'm going to have to go with Ale as well.
