I think Candice was on the football show once and she admitted to not knowing a thing about football and said that her favorite team was the Arizona Cardinals because it was warm in Arizona hahaha It makes sense to have Lily there.

I honestly think last year's show will be better. The music this year sucks, for real. Music is a huge component of the show, so if music sucks, the whole show gets dragged down. I don't think anyone will ever top Rihanna and Bruno Mars last year. They were PERFECT. The performers this year are just not up to par at all. The only good that can come out of this is that VS will focus more on the models. We shall wait and see.

Yes, this is what is truly puzzling me. It seems like she worked out SO much this year, I expected her to be as fit as Hilary Rhoda haha. She definitely looked skinnier last year. Maybe she didn't get her diet right? It truly is ridiculous what these models go through. It's safe to say that almost every single model casted looked skinnier this year than ever before (Adriana, Lily, Hilary, Behati, Maryna, Izabel, Jac Jab, Toni, Elsa were the most obvious to me). Only Erin and Lindsay actually looked bigger this year.

Well we aren't sure about the NYC event yet! It seems strange to do it on a Monday. Usually they do it during the week in order to at least promote it.

Maybe this second time around is what drove her over the edge? She had those pictures released in March, and now it's happening again, all in St. Barths. Like others said, I'm sure she's just mad that she is being exposed via strangers and creeps. When the editorial images come out the nudity is presented in a much different context than unflattering, grainy pap pictures on the beach. St. Barths must be crawling with paparazzi now. It's become too famous for photoshoots, especially VS shoots. Toni probably means that she won't do nudity in St. Barth's again.

I hate to beat a dead horse, but I was watching the casting video for the show, and I think perhaps the reason Shanina wasn't casted this year may have been because of VS's shift in body aesthetic? It is no secret that VS leans toward skinnier and skinner girls (Devon Windsor, Sigrid, Hilary etc.), and I couldn't help but notice that Shanina actually looks significantly bigger than the models VS hires for the show. Obviously she's still hot as hell, but I think that she may not have passed VS's rigorous expectations this year. Even Barbara didn't pass, presumably because of her weight gain too. Perhaps last year Shanina made it no problem, but this year it was different. It's quite sad actually.

How tall is Nina? I wish she got more involved in the high fashion realm too

Her career is a mess. She really needs to fire her management. She really missed a huge opportunity by not getting cast for the VSFS. It's not just about walking the show itself; it's also the press that comes with it. Interviews, BS shots, getting name dropped every time the show is discussed on news channels, etc. Barbara needs to get her career back on track and work for high profile clients. If she keeps it up her career will end up in the gutter by the spring of next year. When you close your eyes and imagine her career, what even comes to mind?! For me it's just parties and D-list asian clients (who probs pay well, but she is losing her prestige)

Holy shit that lip sync video is AWFUL!! If you compare it to the last three years it completely sucks. They should have done "22" by Taylor Swift. It would have been a lot more fun to sing to, and would have captured the "VS" mood more. The current song is so dramatic and lacks good sing-along lyrics. Behati (best by far!), Doutzen, and Ale stood out the most. Wish Adriana was featured more. Candice didn't even seem part of it, and she always looks SO contrived when it comes to filming videos like this. Plus WTH was it with her in lingerie at the end?! So random. You could also tell the girls did NOT know the words. Also, why no Karlie (or Lais for that matter)? Does anyone know if Karlie filmed it? She may have been cut out. I wish Erin was an angel and Lindsay wasn't...
