    Hi, could anyone please resize this gif for me

    to within 100 pixels width? keep the height in ratio if possible, but if you could crop the left hand side out that'd be great too. I'm not too fussy though!

    I know how to make a gif out of it to switch between pictures but I can't make the transitions "smooth" like a slideshow where one picture fades out into the other one and back again.
