#4 is J.D. Fortune (Jason Dean Bennison) who is not a fashion model. He is a Canadian rock singer, winner of the 2005 CBS reality television series Rock Star: INXS. J.D. was the lead singer of Australian rock band INXS from 2005 to 2009. According to J.D. he was fired by INXS because of his heavy cocaine use. INXS responded by denying that he was fired, but that the band is now unwilling to work with him because of his allegation.
