Thanks Mowie! It is still nice that she walked there. I am really curious what her editorial will be like. (I hope she does better than in the last year. In the beginning she was pretty good: see the Gala shoot). I watched a bit of Kerner and I thought she looks a bit stressed. I think she lost weight and it shows somehow in her face. But perhaps it is simply because she worked quite a lot in the last months with all the travelling and castings (which were not overly succesful and that is especially hard to take, I think).

I have been checking this site for weeks now. Have you looked at the 'portfolios' Barbarafan? I sincerely hope Major does Barbara a lot of good in Paris!!! For us fans it will be hard to get info. These portfolios (if that is what they are) won't help. But the major (double meaning ) thing is that they help Barbara to get a whole lot of jobs and success in Paris, yeah! Go Barbara, go!

Lena says that she had an editorial shoot for an Italian Sports magazine in Milan. (Curious what the pics will be like...) Also she tells that she will be on the catwalk tomorrow (May 16th) in Wien at the Lifeball. (I wonder whether Barbara will be there as well????)

Well, I don't know what the mag Maximum is like but it doesn't seem to be a very classy editorial (hope I am mistaken). The bridal pics have a different class even though they seem to be for a catalogue. By the way: Lena says she will be at the Lifeball May 16th. Barbara hasn't told anything about that this year I suppose?

In the Pro7 Gallery they call the bridal pics catalogue pics. So I think that is what they are even though they have really editorial quality. @Snuffy: Your post sounds as if you have found some info about Bridal Cosmo (Turkey)! I really hope 101 Models will show the pics but it would be great if we had a fall back plan, so to speak! Will the mag be published in June (hoping, hoping, really hoping that it will be published soon...)?

At first many thanks Nadine for looking: I didn't even think about looking for a gallery update. @Reeyo: they say catalogue shooting not Cosmopolitan Bride (or did I miss something?) so I think we still have to wait for those pics which should be a beauty editorial anyway. But I agree that these bridal pics are wonderful, especially for a catalogue. I hope we can get them in better quality! The Maximus pics are hopefully better in the final version as these are only making off pics. And Barbara looks again different: talk about versatility! Barbara has always great expression!

That means she has a new agency in Paris (as I felt sure of ) and wants to try seriously again in Paris: I wish her the best of luck!

Wanzi in TMF says she cannot be found under modelwire any longer. I don't know what that means??? (But listing isn't everything: look at Louisa Models where Milla is still listed and Anja not any longer. And Anja is lot's more succesful. But Jenny has nothing better anway. So listed or not, doesn't mean that much.)

Hi derDude Nice to see you here again! I like her look there too, (love the way she seems so totally relaxed with things, with life...) but I start again to worry about the model pics... Always the same. Good news but I want to follow it, to see the results, know about campaigns etc....

In an interview she said that she spent three weeks in Greece! And in that time she had 4 editorials (and high class editorials) and one catalogue shooting. And everything in her holidays! This is really impressive! (And she says that it is even good for her modelwise that she left GNTM ).

Snuffy, even news today! Barbara has actualized her Homepage. We know that she had a lot of work in Germany in the last weeks: she mentions catologue shootings, lookbook shootings and catwalk. This weekend she will fly to Paris for a shooting and a film shooting (curious what that means: TV spot???). And Barbara planned with Red 7 Artists (Pro7 still) and Major Models her next longer stays abroad (several!) We don't know where to look for pics but the news sound really good. Barbara had lots of work and seems to be really in demand. I will be really happy if we can somehow find all these pics....

I googled for Seitenblicke and it is a dreadful magazine (But thanks a lot Snuffy, don't know how you managed to find that one and the Atil Kutoglu connection is very good, I hope he really likes her!) But like Zotti I want real model news. One month without it... And we don't know anything about these heaps of shoots in Istambul which means no pics... unbearable...

Thank you Stawrogin! Barbara described Würth as an extraordinary photographer. I wondered at the time what that means. Barbara really inspires different people (e.g. the art installation in Milan). Now I really hope we find the final pics of this wonderful shooting. And I hope the connection with Atil Cutoglu will be something lasting. This would be sooo great!

I like it, BarbaraFan! (And naturally I am waiting impatiently for Barbara's answers but I fear the burning ones she will not answer. Obviously it is not the done thing to talk about management questions...)

As she is still listed in Milan and London I don't think the decision not to renew the contract comes from IMG. I think Barbara decided on a new management for Paris. (Hana is still listed and concerning jobs she had less in Paris. And as for Lena, that was Peyman). News update from Barbara today but only concerning Powerchild!

I think these testshots were in her portfolio. They are pretty old, I think, from soon after GNTM. Thanks for uploading them!

She is still listed at IMG (Paris) but she says on her Homepage that Munich Models represents her internationally. No mentioning of IMG. And whether there is hope? I think it depends whether she get's jobs. Greece was not brilliant (3 catalogues and one TV-Spot for a car brand) but not nil either. Let's wait and see.

Yeah, I worry too. But it is Barbara's life and way to do things... And it is a really good project, this powerchild thing. And then there is IMG. If the contract is prolonged it only helps if there are stays and castings in Paris, Milan etc. Only a listing doesn't help. At least it doesn't help if one is not really famous. (I doubt that Toni has to go to castings these days).

She doesn't really look different. Hips and especially waist always were her weak points.
