well, it's almost here - we should be reading some legitimate reviews of J Edgar pretty soon. I think this film has the least pre-release fanfare of any of Leo's recent film (with possible exception of Body of Lies) so it's a little worrisome.

Jou, Jou, you usually make great comments but I don'tunderstand your last one. Can you explain to me how you feel Leo is responsible for people "ripping" his GF's? Is that his doing?? And also, why do people assume it was Blake that moved on because Leo did something wrong or whatever? I mean, if I knew for certain Leo treats GF's and women badly, I would be the first to knock him, but I don't have any proof so especialy being his fans and thinking I know his character a bit through all these years of following him, I don't see him as a person who intentionally hurts people esp/ GF's.

Hi oxford, wijn, Barbie, sick...everyone! I didn't know that was Shirley Temple - thanks for pointing that out! wijn -wow, thanks a LOT for that - I like Hugh too - he seems himself like such a nice and charming guy, based on interviews I've seen of him. It's amazing how so many other cool actors think Leo is so nice and down to earth - I remember Tom Hardy from Inception saying what a great guy Leo is and how much he loved him too - like Tom Edrington (spelling?) said also. I mean, for guys to say that about another guy after just knowing him from making one movie together just indicates what a lovely person Leo must be ..and FUN!

A new pic set from J Edgar - LEO posing with a little grl---awwww! He just seems so protective towards kids and loving. Re. Leo and Bar - it's time to move on...yup, many of us said exactly that and had moved on already . There's no need to bash anybody..people split up in relationships and placing blame is totally not fair when U don't even know the details.

hi everybody! Read all the current past posts really quickly - so much too read and comment on.wow, everybody sure posts a lot! The trailer - hmmm, I have to say I don't like it too much- for some reason some of the scenes in the trailer remind me too much of The Aviator. Like the shot of him as a kid with his mother - same as Aviator. Like the shot in the courtroom - much like Aviator. And aside from that, that scene where they show Armie Hammer smiling back at J Edgar - it seemed a little corny for some reason, with Armie's eyes all twinkly and all. I just hope, hope the movie is MUCH better! Someone mentioned Charlize being friends with Leo - I guess they are friendly but actually Charlize is great friends with his ex -Kristen Zang - they were roommates in LA when they were in their early early20's, before Charlize got famous. They were rooming with another gal, who was dating a famous musician, forgot the name who wrote a book and wrote about Kristen and Charlize. Brad Pitt?I actually think he is not a bad actor but I hated Tree of Life...I could not finish watching it on DVD..not cuz of his acting or anything but the movie itself - so I can't understand why some critics are saying it is a great movie -shaking head in disbelief. Taylor Lautner - I don't see people comparing him to Leo as far as acting. They compare Taylor to Tom Cruise as in maybe becoming the next action star like Cruise -Jimmy Fallon even said that when he had Taylor on his show last week.

Thats what I was thinking to 'Martha' doesn't sound very Spanish But he said,Marta, which is definitely a Spanish name. One of my BF's name is Marta and she is Spanish. I think the whole point of Armie's wife's story about LEo was that he did remember the girl's name after all that time which made hm look good in her eyes.

well, just cuz Lukas and Bar were at the same party doesn't mean a thing. Celebs do run into each other at the same parties and clubs. And I also think Bar is still friends with several of Leo's friends, including Alex and his wife Emily. I really don't think either Blake or Leo were at this same party as Bar as another gossip site reported- it's the kind of stuff gossips write cuz it makes it much more interesting than just Bar being there (and that is NOT a knock on Bar).
