New article (dated Feb 11 2008) that has a bit about Yamila in it and a different photo http://www.portfolio.com/careers/job-of-th...er-David-Klutho It says "Photograph by: Yamilla Diaz". What's amazing is she has taken a photo of a photographer taking a photo of her.

"The 2008 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Show" will be available to view for free on Amazon.com Unbox. Of course, because of discrimination, only people from the US will be allowed to watch it.

Why didn't they give her a bikini top? Why do they airbrush/alter the pictures?

If you notice, on the site, it says "Get the 2008 swimsuit issue FREE! - with paid subscription to SI". So if you subscribe (pay) for it for a year (in the US) you get one of the issues you've paid for free Seems like I was right about the lack of DVD too. The meanies.

I don't think it has to do with "caring" about the fans as it does being a business decision. If potential sales/profit from a DVD aren't worthwhile, they just aren't going to do one. It would be bad business if they did. The thing is, I bet they do create a standard definition DVD (from the high definition footage they have). They'll then give that DVD free to yearly subscribers, but I'll bet they'll not sell it at amazon or elsewhere. I don't understand how that makes good business sense. If they make thousands of DVDs, why not sell them separately too and profit?? It does not compute?? :|
