New article (dated Feb 11 2008) that has a bit about Yamila in it and a different photo http://www.portfolio.com/careers/job-of-th...er-David-Klutho It says "Photograph by: Yamilla Diaz". What's amazing is she has taken a photo of a photographer taking a photo of her.
  2. Please can some more people fill in my poll.
  3. "The 2008 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Show" will be available to view for free on Amazon.com Unbox. Of course, because of discrimination, only people from the US will be allowed to watch it.

  5. Are you able to watch the main videos on the 2008 sports illustrated site at http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/features/...swimsuit/video/ ?
  6. Do you think the magazine should be for sale in the USA/UK/Other?

Do you think there should be a 2008 DVD for sale?
  8. Why didn't they give her a bikini top? Why do they airbrush/alter the pictures?
  9. If you notice, on the site, it says "Get the 2008 swimsuit issue FREE! - with paid subscription to SI". So if you subscribe (pay) for it for a year (in the US) you get one of the issues you've paid for free Seems like I was right about the lack of DVD too. The meanies.

Yes, thanks Zecle. But...from looking through the SI site, it looks like Yamila isn't in this years SI issue. Y? without mentioning some of the other models, how could they have those in the issue but not Yamila??? :lost:
  13. Look here site started to be updated http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/features/...swimsuit/video/ (except that I can't actually view any of the videos on my pc )
  14. Is there a link please? (please ignore - I've found a bit of a link below)
  15. I don't think it has to do with "caring" about the fans as it does being a business decision. If potential sales/profit from a DVD aren't worthwhile, they just aren't going to do one. It would be bad business if they did. The thing is, I bet they do create a standard definition DVD (from the high definition footage they have). They'll then give that DVD free to yearly subscribers, but I'll bet they'll not sell it at amazon or elsewhere. I don't understand how that makes good business sense. If they make thousands of DVDs, why not sell them separately too and profit?? It does not compute?? :|
  16. 1. Who do you think they will give the SI 2008 cover to? Which model do you think they might have chosen for the cover? (not the one you think deserves it or should get it), but which one you think they'll give it to for whatever reason they have 2. Who would you LIKE them to give the 2008 cover to? (select a maximum of 3 models from each question please)
