@lucyford Agree. I thought the same thing as soon as i saw the news. Adriana perfectly fits for this documentary, she is the only model both experienced rise and fall of the victoria’s secret. But i can guess she wouldn’t want to be part of it because what i understand is this would bring negative publicity to the brand and Adriana is the last person to contribute this negativity against VS. If you ask my opinion best thing she would do is staying out of this. In past when she said something positive while everyone was pointing out VS, people criticized her very harsh. When she say something negative about VS when it was necessary, people again criticised her. So imo it is better for her to be neutral. She is not somebody random, what she says is matter.

I do respect Adriana’s spiritual side but never understand her interest in fortunetellers and mediums. When i saw this post on instagram at first i thought this is a bussines lunch, i dissapointed when i noticed what actually was going on.

❤️❤️❤️ @ekn thank you. I used to check ebay pages regularly too for some vintage material of her in the past Because you know ebay is the only source for old VS posters etc. but at some point i quit. It is nice to know people still buy materials related to her. So who will buy?

@nhlovesadri Agree with you she can sign with another brand if her contract is expired. I want to add, i remember her first Puma photoshoot/interview she was geniunely happy. It is because this contract was related to her passion. This is why i hope she get another sport wear contract. She really enjoys doing something about sports.

I saw this on her story and loved this photo but i noticed what she wearing is not Puma. i haven’t seen her in Puma for a long time but this is first time to me, she posted a selfie of her noticeably in another sport wear.

Her reposting a post from a maybelline team member gave me a hope too because you know, Adriana, in these days ignores others post related to her. She didn’t repost Marc Jacobs or Katie Grand or others but immediately reacted to Melisa’s post. This is a good sign. But i wonder if there is any proper way to learn if she is still a maybelline girl or not? I guess we would have known by now if there is a way but i still wanted to ask. I saw Gigi even back to maybelline.

@lucyford This is Good actually, they removed Adriana’s name on their Fashion instagram page but still keep on their main website. So she is still with them but not for fashion, for her brand. You know she herself Said she has no agency since 2018 so it was meaningless for them saying they’re representing Adriana Lima at first place. Or maybe it is just me want to be positive.

@lucyford she is still on CAA’s website here i can see https://www.caa.com/entertainment-talent/fashion So i believe her relation with this agency might be about her skin care brand. But i can’t be sure because she is on fashion section probably because she is a model. IDK

@laeteita today she unfollowed around 600 accounts after changing her profile photo, lee, ludmila and luca are gone too. But i’s ok for me because she didn’t unfollow anyone related to bussines. Maybe she wants to keep her account professional as being said. Because instagram is only contact address of her for bussiness relations recently, it’s understandable.

Those candids are the only photos of her that we can be sure there is no filter, Photoshop or instagram effect actually. I think she did gain weight but it’s ok just by changing her training method she immediately lose. I’m not saying she is Photoshoping her photos but other people who posts Adriana’s photos does.

You’re right i felt they used her name too but their method is better for Adriana’s metabolism in my opinion. So maybe she can go another gym like theirs but not to them. And you’re also right she looks beyond fantastic but you all miss my point. Actually she is a fashion model she has to be skinny to survive into this bussines. This bussines is brutal unfortunately, i read many models interview how they lost their contracts because they gain a little weight. Of course she look faboulus but in modeling the rule is: if you want to survive you have to stay skinny. I believe she will be fine when she back to work though. @lucyford Corona lockdowns + holiday didn’t help for sure, everybody gain a bit but her job is not forgiving in this sense unlike ours. @Souled-Out you must have noticed i’m not native in English, maybe because of that or maybe because my expression in written language but i keep getting misunderstand by you. It was a healthy critic. I didn’t say anything rude. I had time to read news about her recent papparazi candid photos, i can say people noticed she gained some weight.

I wonder what happened to 54D guys gym, when she is going to train with them? I know boxing is Adriana’s passion but i must say this is not helping her to lose weight. Spanish speaking trainer guys method was way better and affective. Or maybe her friend Debie’s crossfit is even better. She is building muscle but not losing weight with boxing. Sorry to say this but she needs to lose a bit weight.

Yes @lucyford there is no other possibility i can think because i checked his instagram, i can tell there is no sign about his wedding too. I don’t think they’ve decided to a date for their wedding yet but i hope to see Adriana there too.

What makes today special? In your post caption can’t be seen but her words are very touching, so emotional. At first i thought something bad happened to him. I love their friendship and very happy to see they are still get along well. You know this guy was with her since the beginning of her career.

@nhlovesadri yes nhlovesadri, this sunglasses commercial was the one i remember but i didn't know this contest has linked with U.S.agencies. So then she started her professional career in new york and her very first runway show must be in U.S. , right? That explains why she has less Brazilian contacts comparing to other famous brazilian models.

nhlovesadri, this video is a gem, is a pure gem ❤️ i loved this but also confused. To my knowledge, Adriana's career started before she won this contest, i have always read that she's started to working at the age 13 but i never found this information very convincing until she herself admitted this in numero magazine interview. I remember at least one of her work before this contest. I believe there was age limit for this kind of contest in Brasil so it was very common to apply after starting a career. So did you mean winning this contest gave her chance to start a career in U.S.? I'm asking because i don't know when she moved to U.S.? And i want to also ask, Do you or any member have submission photographs of adriana for this contest please?

Yes @lucyford i saw this story of her too. I have already convinced after watched her interview. But i must add, it is kind of proof that she also noticed what i noticed about these retirement rumors because she felt need to indicate it once more with a very ‘certain’ language. She must have noticed rumors again flamed.

I usually can’t understand if she lost some weight just by looking at her latest selfie, she has a naturally chubby face but i think it is obvious she did lose weight this time.

@Ekn thank you for the video, i was being informed about it but hadn’t chance to watch it. I must say she seems fed up because of retirement questions but it is magazines’ fault not mine. I was just trying to learn if it can be true, i didn’t started the rumors. Yes she mentioned before she wants to keep working but i don’t remember if she said as a model or as a Business Woman. You remember she is about to start a Business. I felt sorry for fueling the false rumors that saddens her but i was fooled by articles.

@lucyford No im not impatient i'm just trying to undrstand if she she retired or about to retire because there must be a reason of every Vogue and other magazine article calls her retired model. Unless it is too important no one travels durid Covid but we usually know when she travels for modeling business, i believe her travels for her skin care brand.

Thank you for sharing your opinion @lucyford I’m glad that you think other way because i started to worry. I must add i don’t think Covid is the actual reason because every other models, even half retired models are working, got campaigns and covers during covid. Maybe not having agency caused this but it seems we wont get answer soon from her, she informed us 2 years later about her agency thing, i hope she wont do the same thing when she decided to retire completely.
