Venus Williams has confirmed her status as a full-fledged celebrity by launching her very own clothing line. Venus has agreed to create EleVen, an exclusive range of sports and loungwear for the US retailer. Just like her celebrity designer counterparts, all items will be priced $20 or less. When the Wimbledon champ steps onto the court Monday night, she’ll be rocking an outfit and shoes from her new label. As for who you can blame for the recent influx of cheap celebirty designed duds, may I point you to budget-minded retailer Steve & Barry’s. They’re the folks behind Bitten, Dear and now EleVen.
