Don't think any agency could get a Vogue US cover at this point. Wintour likes her celebrities too much, and the only models who get a cover anymore are the nepo girls (who are also celebrities), but evenfor them is not guaranteed. But maybe a multiple models cover? Like it was done in 2017.

Yeah, I think Miguel Avalos is her agent and since he decided to go from Women to Elite she followed him. Behati Prinsloo and Alexina Graham did the same thing. They seem to be revamping their NYC division, so hopefully good things are happening.
